Thanks so much! I sold a painting last week was a lot like this one, but more "glossy" so that I couldn't get a decent photo of it - but it had the same raised gel technique that I used to get the reeds on this one, except that I made them larger, so that they were trees...

I wish I had a better photo of this one - it is just a little darker than it came out in the photo, at least on my monitor... Anyway, I am very glad you like it----

I like the way my eyes follow the zig-zag lines of the composition in this. It gets pulled in at the top left and drawn through the highlights in the sky down into the water.

I would go there hunting for a Blue Heron and a Great White Egret, etc. Very pretty. Ro
