LOVELY

This is quite beautiful and a mystical feel to it, but also an "it's almost there" quality - and I'm not enough of an experienced artist to articulate what might 'complete' it. I think it's something to do with hard edges in the wrong places. There's a circle of purple on the left mountain peak and at first my eyes though a cannonball and smoke trail so that's one edge that distracted me; but also the edges of all the triangles that make up the mountain range. wonderful trees in the mist. nicely done. Maybe Richard could point some things out as this has great possibilities.

I love the way you handle the trees.

Dianne, so soft and lovely. I think the mid ground foliage is exquisite

I do agree about the mountain though it looks a bit dark in such a delicate piece.

Nice!

I like the bright spot in the middle, it really leads the eye there.

Also the colours of the trees on the right.

The only thing I would say is that the mountain on the left seems a bit too dark, it has the same value as the shadow in the foreground, whereas in that kind of musty environment it should be a bit brighter, in my opinion.
