the Day after a massive storm I headed to the coast for a look. The surf was hugh and after smashing into the cliffs it was charging back over the rock shelf. It was an awsome place to be. Mother nature always provides the inspiration!

Take your wife's advice...that's way too cheap, about $9.95 a square foot!

Whatever you do Nigel, its a great painting of the sea and environs.

thanks donna, I took photos that day and it was very grey. I had to turn up the colour of the ocean and I have added to the foreground there was no blue in the wave at all!    I also had to let the sun peak through the clouds to add a hi-light     the painting is 5 foot x 2 foot and my wife wants to keep it but being full time (its how we pay the bills)  It is for sale  A$995
