My back yard (first painting of June)

Wow!!!!!!!!! I almost missed this workshop. Good thing I checked. I thought we will take a break for a month, in stead, we will paint 1 hour every day!!!???? It will be a real challenge for a lazy person like me, but I like it. I like the idea and admired people who can do it, but for me, I didn't think I can do it. Now, Richard said it. This is the challenge for the month, so I have to do it and I need to do it.
Ten days have already past. I need to go to work on it now. I do have one painting under my sleeve. This is one I just painted last week in my backyard. I didn't like it much. The background and the foreground did not separate well and etc. etc. etc. Anyway, it is not a good painting, but it is painted this month, so it can be counted as one. Well, I will put it up for any critiques. I know a lot can be done to make it better, but............. anyways, here it is:
