Hello folks
These paintings are pastels done on Canson Pastel Mat. I start with an underpainting using light strokes of pastel.Then I go over it with a wet brush to blend the colours as the paper hardly allows blending. When dry I work the details with the pastel sticks. this is a technic used by Richard McKinley a great american pastel artist :o)
