Hi, Jessica - thanks - good points - quite a few people have offered tips (MJS really gave me a lot of help!) - I'm finding it hard to resolve! I'll have to do more thinking than painting on this one!!!

Hi Jon - I really like the warm palette you've used here, the light on "Sara" & the warm sunlight beckoning us around the corner.  Lovely distance you've created with the hills & fields.  Just wondering if the chroma on the yellow wall beside "Sara" is a bit too high?  And if there was a way to maybe change the shape of the large barn roof - I really like the colour & texture you have on the barn, just wondering if there is a way to make the roof a bit less dominating?  You are probably painting this from a familiar scene & maybe want to keep the realism?
