You are right Ningning, it is over exposed plus too much medium.  I will go back to it again¡

Steinunn, The first photo has better value contrast but blurry. This one is not blurry but lost the value contrast. I believe that your painting must be better than this photo. Anyway, even it is foggy. I still can enjoy your very good light effect and impressive brushstrokes. If your painting is just like this photo, I would think about retouch the background and get rid off those fassy white grey to make the value darker so that we can enjoy your beautiful flowers better. Just a thought.
