Thanks Maria. I bought the blocks off Trademe in a pack of 10. They have a wee peg which fits into the back to stand them up which only does a portrait orientation. I gessoed them all a couple of weeks ago but didn't get painting till yesterday. Have the other 6 to do today - as usual left it to the last minute!! They are acrylic so dry quickly!
