beautifully painted
wonderful "capture" of that misty quality of a rainy day and again, I am especially entranced with your reflections. Good job with the figures too . . . suggested, but not detailed . . . just right in that regard. I am trying to learn to do that, to back off of detail except in my focal point area. Have made some progress in that regard in the past year, for which I am pleased. This is one of my favorites in your gallery.
I especially enjoy the atmosphere in this one; well done.
A difficult and complex subject done beautifully! All the elements involved; linear perspective, atmospheric perspective, greyed color, people, cars, reflections...when! Good stuff Kim!
Gorgeous!! superb Atmospheric perspective here
Thank you all for your comments
I can see Szbukvic's influence in your painting. Great one!
I like the slick surface of the road, Kim, and the protruding tree branches. Quite evocative. (My father was a water-colour artist.)
