I just  thought I did a notan!!!    These sketchs are very helpful, the light area leading the eye into the scene is dramatic and can easily be identified in the finished piece. I will keep trying!!!!

wow; I bought a book on Notan and am working to 'see it' more. very powerful sketches in their own right I think.
