You are so right, thank you, I see what you are talking about! Love those crows!  Also I see what I called follage looks more like fog rolling in..............Smiles : ))

Only trouble then would be that the horizon would be in the middle which I have always been taught to avoid; so maybe even lower and then the crows look correct in their size. i've decided to keep trying these "field" paintings as that is what I have to look at in my back yard. i'm just going to keep on painting & drawing my fields & trees until they look right!! Just keep commenting. I can take any comments; never offended. WALDA

Hi,

Maybe that is not follage but  fog coming in.   But it is still the third little notch  from the beginning where I would crop it.

Thank Walda.  I am glad my saying so didn't hurt your feelings.  I was wondering how to say it and also how to show you.  I see now it is easy to see it cropped right here on the computer.  Just use the scroll bar to  move image up and down, I am grinning! My favorite place to crop it would be above halfway point at   (third little indention) of the sky into the follage.

I agree, Dorian! It looks better cropped; never thought of that, but can see it now. Thanks. WALDA

Lovely Walda.  I would like it even better if you would  crop it, making it less tall.  Smiles :-)

This is a watercolor for day 13; early morning fog over the beet field with crows.
