Great Jon! Lol!!! You'll have to work a lot Jon... she is still there!!!! And I think she has all the intention of staying! :) !
Hi, Jessica, thanks a lot!! I see what you mean about the arm - in fact she's holding her shoe with her elbow out - this is one problem with working from photos - the truth can look weird - I guess I could mod it to look acceptable!
Really like this, Jon, fantastic colour, interesting light effects & composition. The ripples are so well done! Just a little thing, wondering about the position of the lady's right arm, which doesn't seem quite right?
Thanks, Cristina! - ...and.... - BIG congrats to you for workshop 35 - yay - well done!!!!!
Love it!
Thanks, Aurelia - yeah, although the photo makes the painting colder than it is - thanks.
Thanks, Betsy - good to see ya back!
Ian, I know - but I don't want to do the ripples in a detailed maner - I think I should've stopped earlier - there's a few things I tried to improve and instread 'dis-improved' 'em!
Nice painting Jon. Like the two different blue's of the sky and another blue of the water. The orange under painting works well.
