you know, it looks like some flowers my mom puts on the balcony (very sketchy balcony is in the background)... but, you are right, I was very much into Matisse at that time, so that's maybe where museum feeling comes from.

Looks like some painting you might see in a famous museum by some famous artist. Would that be you? I like the colors and the way it is painted / expressive brush strokes. Nice job. Ro
