This is my first "serious" work with oil. I would be glad to have your opinion, what should I improve. :)

You are very, very good! Your understanding of color appears to be of master level. Details are expertly located at the center of focus. Margaret Kessler says areas of greatest contrast (black, white) stand out as strongest focal points. The wiskers in the black are very strong and seem to me to be your greatest focal point.
Overall you have managed not to just paint another lion, you captured the soul of a lion.
