Again, I didn't put in the white jug and I didn't finish the painting totally but I've not been able to get back to it and maybe I should just leave it alone as I like the looseness of this one. I'll be trying more but I can't get anything completed now for a few days and the challenge will have ended, so here it is my last effort for Workshop6. Oil on Canvas Panel 12"X9"

Excellent job, Denise. Your paintings just get better all the time.
HI Denise another great painting, I love the little bowl it has so much personality
Dee, thanks so much for your great comments throughout this workshop. I'm looking forward to how the next one will challenge us. I have pull this back a bit now that I've had a couple of days to have it dry and can see that the original posting was a bit contrasty and over saturated here and I've corrected that but I'm also going back to work it a bit further today. This makes it a little less sequinned looking also. I think there was just too much glare on the raised areas.
It has a "Christmasy feel to it" somehow. The pear looks sequinned... very pretty like jewels.
Denise, yet again you've done such a wonderful job throughout this workshop. I love your relentless dedication to trying out new ways of addressing the assignments. This bowl may not be white but it works well with the fruits and those deep purply darks make a sumptuous contrast with the refreshing cool greens and rich golden yellows. See you on the next one...
Love this one... nice work Denise!
There is no stopping you! I love it..........I just wish I hadn't sat around doing nothing : (( I should have been painting...........
