Hi, Roger Landry,  this would not be a Bob Ross scene if you paint it different way.  Just click on Richard's photo of his face on the top of this page and scroll down, you will see a picture of Rees Valley painted by Richard.  It is beautiful.  We already have the demonstration on this photo, so photo number 1 will be more challenging.

The light and depth challenges here are great! There are also great possibilities to 'play around' with the perspective... roll on the challenge. 

Unfortunately, due to other painting commitments, I didn't manage to get my first challenge finished in time.  Don't intend to miss the second one!

definitely my favourite - I like the way the river meanders through the picture, there is also a good variety of bush, land and mountains.
