George, Thank you so much for your wonderful comments. at the same time, I hope that I can get your compliment for a painting I did totally by myself. Although , I know even follow the demo of our teacher  is not easy thing to paint well. I appreciate your encouragement indeed.

Dorian, You will. I hope that I will too. My husband said the same about me. I am a worker. In fact, I have been working in a textil factory for 10 years since I was 16.

I belief that all of us here are very interesting and special people. Each one of us has some special experiences which make us learning together. Wonderful feelings!

I found Richard in the internet from his demo. He was very smart by combined a lovely music with his beautiful demo. I was lured .  I bought his DVD teaching. When he started the complete artist, I joined it. I am very happy about it.

Enjoy life instead of suffering from it. Enjoy painting but not let it cause too much pressure academically and socially. That is what I teach myself . The viewers can tell a lot from our work.

Sometime it happens to reach the wave heights where you can feel the glory. With this beauty you terned on the lights of your art!

Thank you Jeri for your encouragement.  By the way, I read your comment about Lori's beautiful painting. I like it very much. Canvas are very expensive here too. Now, I make some of the canvas by myself for the paintings I am not sure the result. Photo frame is a great idea. The bigger we can find the better. Thank you, Jeri, again for sharing your thought with us.

Excellent composition. Brush strokes are fabulous. Love the mixture of both soft strokes and then the lovely thick white strokes of the foam on top of your waves. You also captured the sun glow perfectly. Great work.

Fabulous painting Ningning,  I love the rocks, they are beautifully worked.  That is the key isn't it, just knowing when you've done enough to create something that looks so spontaneous and realistic. Well done! :-}
