Thank you Laura, yes it was a rather large board I was painting for 3hours and got quite sun burnt on the back of my neck, I have bought some 8x10 boards for my next trip outdoors :-}}

Nice concept - the boat hidden in shade. What I'm wonderng though is that, if there's nothing (eg a person/animal...) in those bright grasses as a primary center of interest, can the boat act as one even though shaded!?
