Thanks Dorian.I was pleased with this effort. :-)) Big smiles back to you.  I got my husband to forget about tea last night and dash over the hill in the car to capture the sun going down. Sorry Richard, I've just had operation on shoulder and managing to take paints etc this month is not able to happen. In a sling for another month at least. So have got some good photos but as you say they are nothing to the real thing. I'll give it a go and will have to rely on my not so good memory. Cheers everyone -- I had a few chuckles with some of your comments. This months workshop is a challenge in more than one way. :-))

A big thank you to all for your lovely comments. I did enjoy doing this painting.Have certainly got more confident using oils since doing Richards workshops.I was using acrylics but we are coming into our summer and its getting hotter by the day so the oils are the favourite at the moment.
