Candy: Richard's video method presented is to use the iPad and film the sea gulls in flight. Then position the iPad beside the canvas and freeze the video wherever you find good sea gulls in mid flight. Plenty of shapes and combinations to use. Great method.

Really difficult to get these pale colours look right on the screen. Anyway I found the video iPad trick a great benefit. I would not have know how to paint moving animals other wise.
