Thank you so much everyone. I have not painted a still life but one other time. Not my favorite subject to paint but enjoyed the comfortable painting conditions of being inside painting from a live set up and nothing moves! The light particularly doesn't move ad you can adjust the shadows to your liking. Painting from life verses a photo is much more accurate-color, values, shadows and lighting are easier to see.
