Shame on you for not painting for 8 years! I did not paint for well over 25 except for a little in WC. When I picked art back up about 2 years ago I picked up the oils. I hope you will share any and all photos you have of your art. Ro PS...not to worry about English at all, your's is fine, and my experience on these sites is that we all manage to "understand". Dont worry about it at all. Ro

This is lovely. You've captured the light on the water and leaves.

Thank you very much, Roena! I've never been in a painters club before, and I'm loving it! Firts of all, forgive me if my English is not so good! it is because I'm brazilian and I am learning your language! Your words are very important for me now, just because I decided to paint again after 8 years without using my talent! God bless you!

Ok.....I'm impressed! In my favourities! The river rocks even had 5 colors on them. The leaves are not only different colors and values, but different plants too. The water is deep enough so as to not see every pebble on the bottom with just the perfect amount of reflections. I loved the blue-green color of the leaves in the shadows. When you blow it up really big, you can see the additional dark values you added. Very nice work. Ro
