Laura, I agree with you. either wet on wet or wet on dry. Or it might be mudy. I have to retouch mine and add the name of the boat.
Hi Ningning, Thank you so much for your comment. Actually I have retouched a little bit since I posted this. But it doesn't look good. I think It has to be done wet on wet, just put color down and leave it. I may put some liqin on the surface before do something more. This way it feels like painting wet on wet, but it has to be completely dry before do it.
Very nice. I like your general value design. Your bird even has a peak, cute. I forgot to paint the name of the boat, Southen Light. I will retouch it on. You do not have the name either, to simplify the design or like I forgot it. Lol.
