"Sparkling seawater on sand."

Acrylic. I painted this over a previous work (or two), which gave it the lines I needed. For a similar sparkle, add a gloss to your work. After all, paintings in galleries are lit from above to bring out the best in them (and a gloss sealer is as legitimate a part of a work as the paint itself).
