I really enjoyed painting the reflections in the silver jug and contrasting the relatively exuberant colours of the apple with the muted tones of the jug.
It's in oil on 16x12in, 40x30cm canvas. Comments and critiques welcome.

This is my favorite of your work. This is one of the ones that I would buy if I had the money.
Not bad Michael. I like the looseness of it. It looks like it went together easily. What I mean is, that it doesn't look like you 'messed with it too much.' Sometimes it is too easy to overwork things. This looks clean and deliberate. Good job!
