Still-life with apple and silver jug

I really enjoyed painting the reflections in the silver jug and contrasting the relatively exuberant colours of the apple with the muted tones of the jug.

It's in oil on 16x12in, 40x30cm canvas. Comments and critiques welcome.

What I mean is, that it doesn't look like you 'messed with it too much.' Sometimes it is too easy to overwork things. This looks clean and deliberate. Good job!
