Wonderful painting.  I've experienced this weather on a lake in Northern Ontario.  You've captured the foreboding atmosphere/moment of being. Well done.

Actually, it was my camera that "toned it down." I have posted another one that was taken outside.  It has more truer colors of the actual painting.
