Very nice work, Marek. The contrast between the yellows and violets creates a light special effect in the center of the painting. The colours of the vase, reflecting leaves and the other things in the room are amazing. I've never used tempera, it is very interesting! Regards

Interesting, under glass should be protected alright. The experiment here then would be lightfastness of the paint. It is so beautiful, would you consider another in oils? It lookes like a master's work! Ro

as far as I remember, these temperas were for babies with no chemical aditives so the kids could put it in the mouth. I remeber that they were so soft and 'mixable' that I could work very easy and simple- and quick. until now no sign of decay, the painting is framed and under glass.

OK, lets talk about tempera. The only tempera I am familar with is what school kids use to make big signs to hang up in the hall. Is your tempra in tubes or jars? I guess there must be sometype of professional grade of tempera. Did the old masters use tempera? Is tempera used for practice work or is it expected to last a very long time like oils/acrylic/WC? Ro

you are right again Ro, I was in the middle of the training (not really professional, it was after my regular job-hours)at that time, actualy this is just lesson setting, which I did completely during one session, teacher was pleased, indeed.
