9x12 Water Mixable Oil
This is my second try to get the glowing light, not very successful, but a lot of fun and a good learning experience.

Thanks Richard for your time to comment. I do need to practice drawing, I guess I don't think drawing is related to painting, but I hear that it is very important.

Keep at it Sherry. The water looks good and you've got a nice gradation in the sky. I would suggest you do some drawing practice in between paintings - it's the bedrock of good painting.

Thank you Susan. I have a lot to learn about water mixable oils but I enjoy learning. I was attractive to them because of easy clean up too.

I especially like the sand in the foreground--makes me want to take my shoes off and walk through it. Do you like Water Mixable oils? I've been using Acrylics forever; but, I wonder about using oils that don't need harsh chemicals to be used to clean them.
