deb, i started having my galleries get the names and addresses of my buyers. it's nice to know where my paintings are living!! i do love this one!!!
George, thanks for your kind comments and interest. Acrylics can be sooooo frustrating especially after painting in oil. I have been using a dryer brush for some blending and often washes. You can also use gels. I have learned that some of the colors are more opaque, others a bit more translucent. So that helps to achieve some of the colors.
Miss this painting since it is sold and I don't even know to whom. I forgot how much I actually liked it! :)
Dear Deb, I am curious how you achieved this sun sett painting using acrylics. When ever I try the acrylic colors it comes to a very frustrating point. What ever I come with new color above the under-painting one it covers all and the old one vanish.
