Symbiosis

22 x 17 watercolor on Arches 300 lb. cold pressed paper - After two emergency surgeries for retinal detachment - I was struck by the symbiotic relationship I had with my surgeon. I needed his skills, and he needed my funds. I'm certainly thankful he was able to safe a lot of the sight in my left eye.
