Oil on canvas. 40 cm x 50 cm., I did 6 versions/attempts! - including one in watercolor! This is the one I prefer (the least worst ;D). Looking at it now, I think, wow, I would like to try again - but 6 is enough. Feel I learnt some things, as usual. Thanks Richard.

Yes, Great reflection with well done gradation. Very nice.
Thanks, Ngaire - lot of seaweed + rubbish from the coffee shop - not good for swimming??
Great reflections, looks so inviting.
Hi, Warick - nice to hear from you. I ain't so sure about the sharp crispness at all! - I want to develop soft edges pretty well everywhere I reckon - gives more 3D and more mood - and is how the eye works?!?
I love the sharp crispness of the work....very nice
Thanks, Ningning - and thanks for your kind help - this is a great site!
Excellent light effect and colour harmony. Your painting is such a fine work and everything is in good order. Lovely. Very well done!!!
Hi, David. I find time in even just 10 minute chunks - it's an obsession, I'm telling ya'!
Thanks, Dor. Temperature-controlled is me being silly - relly it refers to what I'm trying to do with the paint rahter than any sandwiches in fridges that restaurantr may have ;D.
Thanks, Jess! Looking forward to seeing yours - I know it'll be interesting!
Really like this one! Love the detail on the masts- I had a hard time with that! Thanks for the tip with the palette knife - going to try that out.
