The Dawning
800mmx600mm watercolour on Arches 300gsm mounted on board. This does not appear on my website as I've just finished this commission for a client...brief of red and black. Going to do a whole series of these as I love the movement of pigment and water!

Thank you Linda and Sarah - it was a lot of fun although a bit scary as the clean paper was mounted on the board first

Yeah, limited color is great - my block-ins look better than what I do to them after. It's sure getting you to concentrate on the light!
