Your detail on the barn is amazing, but your style of painting, leaving the foreground and the foliage loose makes this just perfect!  It would make a great print Deb!!!  I know what you mean though, about getting caught up in detail, especially when I paint small...sometimes I feel like I'm crawling around in the painting...crazy!

Jon, thx. When I looked at the photo 100 times, I really didn't want a lonely barn sitting there so moved a little closer for the painting comp.  Made me feel more like I wanted to go in there. (Drives my husband crazy that the barn has a face!) :)
