Hi Scott, the grapes on top left i like. The tip of the jug.. i like, it's bold. It was so hard for me to paint with whie because it really pushes you to think about what colors to use to make form. I see you you used blues and yellows  and it shows so you have the right idea. As for the background and the placement of your still life... their a liitle to close in color. You could try and opposite color in the color wheel??? Other than that , i can see your brushwork and form and really like the background how it looks like a drape. :)

Hi Scott, you've created some nice soft/lost edges, like where the pear merges into shadow, and I like the reflections of the grapes and jug in the table top. I think it's currently lacking drama and strength in the lights and cast shadows which is making things look a bit flat. Having said that the dark red grapes have that tonal contrast in them and they look very good.
