Edith, unbelievable!!!! Why you are still hanging up here? Jocking.
Hi Ann, Xiao and Montalvo - thank you all for your kind comments.
It's a beautiful spring day here..... happy painting everyone!
Very nice.
Very nice work!!
Lovely work !
Thank you for your comments Anne - I always welcome constructive critique! Yes, I do agree, there is not enough counter change between the jug rim and the sky... I noticed that, as well as a couple of other problem areas that need further attention [this just goes to prove my point - never rush through a painting... I 'finished' this work only this morning and had to post it before the deadline - I should pay more attention to my own advice.. ha ha].
Edith, this is a very attractive work of art! I am so impressed with the flow you created for the eyes to go from one element to another smoothly, like a dance.
My only obstacle would be the upper part of the jug, maybe it blends to much with the light blue of the background taking away the volume of the vessel...what do you think?
Beautiful Edith!
Glad you made it Edith because this is beautiful ! Gorgeous color in the white pitcher and reflections in tray. Very nice composition.
Thank you Cathy!
