I like the fluid effect that Jeff mentioned, and Ro is right about having something to balance the picture on the left.
No matter - I still like the freedom in this picture. :-))

Whoops, I forgot to add that I would suggest a small tree on the left to balance the large group of trees on the right. Ro

This reminds me of a "steelyard composition" that Monet used a lot. The theory is to have a large thing on one side of the painting, and then balance it by a smaller item on the other side (it can be placed on the same plane, behind, or in front). Here are 2 paintings of Monet's that might illistrate it more. Ro
