I hear you girl... I did a commission once... the guy took forever to get back to me.  I told him I was going to exhibit the painting and it would be up for sale.  Miraculously he turned up with the money.  Damn!  It was of his ute... dog... and a tree.  Vincent helped with the horizon:  "Blend more... blend more..."  It was perfect.  Loved that painting.  Paint another chair?  I have a board with Vincent's self portraits pinned to it in my studio.  His self portraits are amazing.  Love to see them in real life!  :D

Hey Judy, I like that you painted Vincent's chair... he's 'around' and he's so lovely.  When we need help they come and help us.  That's my experience anyway.  I'm always needing help and inspiration!!!  The contrast is very effective and I could tell straight away it's his chair... I saw it a while ago in a bunch of pic's.  :D

Ths is a life size, cut-out of Van Gogh's chair which hangs on a wall.
