Patricia, sorry, I did not make myself clear. What I really want to say is tthat I like to paint the photo of Richard of alive seagull, not his painting of seagull. Just like what we have done for the Workshop 1, the tree. So I don't have to looking for a seagull in a good post and pray for sun shine be upon this creature to get shadow of it. There is no sun in the coast area where I am living for every half of year. Now I am in the middle of it.

I think painting a seagull is unique... of course mine will be from a photo that I took.  I would love to see all the different paintings that can come out of it!
