Barbara, Sharon and Dorothy, I am glad that you like this one. Thank you. I will try to get your approval again for the next workshop.
Great color and brushwork. Nice painting
Wonderful brushstrokes, water looks very serene
I like your painting. It is loose and pretty.
Stephen, it is very interesting. Me too, I put on so thick paints as you call them"paint layers of guessing and changes"on the canvas that I never did for other works.I I even painted my face, my hair, my clothes, my shoes. Sometimes I found my hand held 4 brushes thinking about which one I should use to solve the problem. Just lik a desperate struggling surviver, not goog looking at all,. I remember people say that painting can make a person relaxed. Not me. It is so difficult!
Thank you Jess, you did very good job too. Iwill keep on practising bold brushstroke and study colours. I will find one of my own photo to paint to see what going to happen without Richard holding me.
Dorian, Thank you. YOU know! Chinese saying excellent teacher creat cxcellent students. We all have chance even we are old ladies.

Hi Li
Not going to show you by bad ones either. This is very beautiful, I like it very much. We are so fortunate to have such a good teacher........smiles : ))
Stephen, I appreciate your approval. Do you find out that sometimes we do it well sometimes not all because of feelings. This one , when I was painting it I felt it. People say that we have50% chance to get a good one. I won't show you my bad ones. By the way, Thanks to Richard as it is a result of an imitation of his style.
