I keep looking at your piece as I really like the overall work.  Maybe with the background waterfall it is getting the value of that waterfall to be more equal to the background value, slight cooling down and softening the edges slightly.  I don't think it should disappear but, to me anyway, it competes a bit with foreground waterfall.  Also, maybe adding just a bit more of the background mountain to the left of that fall.  Not much, just a bit so the fall and that green bush do not converge with that hard edge.  Just some thoughts as I continue to keep admiring it.  Funny how one can offer suggestions to another's work but struggle to fix their own.

Faisal, I think you have quite a nice painting here.  My only suggestion may be to either eliminate the background waterfall or really grey it down and make it more part of the background.  Nice brushwork and interplay of warm/ cool hues.
