Ian, I agree this is better than the second one I did. When I decided I couldn't accomplish my objective - less fiddling with it- I decided to forego more detail and move on. When I paint it again, I won't be enlarging the shadow by much as that would change the angle of the sunlight and I've enough to deal with already.
