Hi Barbara your painting has a great style... Your division of space and composition has a lovely design as well!

I like your work very much. Your make a peaceful mood with bluish background . And by careful design, you let the background contrast the orange redish flowers and oranges. The light is misterious with a even color transition, the cloth has a smooth surface with subtle color variation which make it so realistic. Your oranges color are saturated and translusent, very beautiful. the whole painting has a good color harmony and your value control is very good. especially the detail value changes.  There is only one thing bother me  that is the bottom of the vase. The two conners of the vase both are covered by the cloth and that beautiful orange. It give the jar no chance to show its shadow and make me confused and feel that it is somehow floating. I am picky, hope you understand my good intention.  Barbara you did a very good job. Again, I like it very much.

I like this, but not much orange reflection in the vase.  Beautiful composition and oranges!
