Li, Thank you for your very helpful advise and much appreciated compliments. I am working on the horizon now. This workshop really challenged me, but I have learned a lot. Many blessings to you.

Barbara, This is a very fine and realistic painting. I enjoy your subtle colour hue and variation, especially the background. I also noticed that you have a very good sense of value, excellent!  Dee advised me to push the horizon farther by soften the edge of it. I did it and it looks better.  Maybe you would like to try it and the horizon will withdraw immediatly. Oh, I also like your colour variation of the sky. Very good job.
