A scene in the bazaar of the old city of Jerusalem, a place full of colour & unexpected patterns of light caused by the sometimes covered/sometimes uncovered roofs
Trying to learn a good balance between being loose & providing enough detail to make it intelligible. Suggestions welcome!

Hi Silvana - thank you & all the best to you & your family in 2016 too! Thanks Terra too - yes, vivid colour is one of the main impressions you get in the shuk! It's painted from a photo I took, which I edited to try to get a good composition. In the photo, there is way too much going on, so I changed it a lot.
