Foreground rose is beautiful, I do feel the background rose is fighting for attention and detracting from the main flower. Richard said remember to keep table edge straight , the cloth is not falling from the same edge as table on right, but the rose is gorgeous. This is my first critique hope I haven't offended or bored you.

Beautiful simplified shapes. The portrait format is effective to relieve the feeling of the subject being too centered. Nice shadows and waarm reflected light on the cloth.

Really nice job Del!!!  The only thing I would suggest, is that perhaps where the cloth meets the edge of the table is a bit dark, and receding too much?
