So cool. Always looking forward to you posts. Retired? or just refired! Think my fav is the later.

I have the advantage of having studied at the American Academy of Art in Chicago and was an illustrator for awhile. So when I began watercolor painting I already had done airbrush etc.  But it has taken nearly 30 years to develop all the rest.  I am retired, so have plenty of time (when not playing golf).

Fascinating. I was in college when I did watercolor and lacked good training there. Never even heard of Pouring and we never did any resist. This has the appearance of airbrush too. Love your work. I need to have the time to go back to getting educated and still have time for painting and everything else. May have to wait for another life!

This is watercolor.  20 x 12.  I teach watercolor techniques classes, so I try to give my students a variety of styles and methods.  This painting began as a pouring, so lots of masking fluid and patience.

What media? Size? Your styles change and I like it all. Very interesting.
