Who are your favourite 2 artists?

Hard question! I like paintings that are from life but not too photographic looking. I love French impressionists but also love the Heidelberg school of Australian artists.
I find A bit of looseness to a painting is very appealing. I like a nice painterly quality. Love a bit of impasto too.

Do you have any goals for your painting?

Yes. I would like to be painting plein air with confidence. I am wanting to take my oils away on our trips into outback Australia and paint. Also it's Time for using some of my photos ( I am a good photographer with a large reference library of my own photos but unsure how to use them for painting.
