How would you categorize your painting style?: representational impressionism

Who are your favourite 2 artists?: I wish it were that easy.It depends on what I have been studying recently, and whose work I have seen in a museum recently. I am liking what Gebhardt Richter does with his enormous squeegee. I am a fan of my friend Jimmy Lewis calligraphy, Quan Ho, Bruno Poirier's pear trees, Monet's lily pads,

Do you have any goals for your painting?: Improved technique with oils, experience (better practice), composition, improved drawing, a modest opportunity for a sale or two.
