Hi Pauline.  Thanks for your comment about my Grand Canyon painting.  I'm doing some more work on it today.  It was such an awesome scene - I got up in the freezing cold dark to get to the view point for dawn - that just to capture a small taste of the power of it is something.  As you so well portray in your painting of Cheddar Gorge, such scenes are somewhat disquietening.

You are welcome. It's amazing how one thing to another..  I just knew that your painting was very good.  I love to look at paintings that I find exciting. Critique for me is like helping another person with love. 
 
Gosh, thanks for reminding me how much space supported canvases take up in the house.  Never ever thought about that aspect before.

You have painted many gorgeous paintings.  It is nice to watch them as you type.  Your mouse is so cute, and I love your predominately yellow colour landscape.   You are indeed a talented artist..!!

Hi Pauline, yeah I'm very tempted with workshop 9, am just gonna see if I can finish a portrait! I love this workshops they are really good fun and it gives you a sense to try and get better.

Pauline, about the cat, I just found Chris's bear, wow, amazing work. as I work in oil I won't be able to apply those beautiful subtle detail like you. And now I found she is in shadow almost has no light on her. But I will try anyway. Pauline, when you have time I would like you to go to Chris's page to enjoy that bear, so good.
