Thank you diane, yes Ngunguru and that coastline are a very special part of Northland for sure .( I even spelt it correctly this time ).
For some reason my photos are just not capturing images as they are at moment....more likely operator error !!!
Yes now I can see those crimson blooms.:)
I spent all my childhood holidays at Ngunguru from 1948 to 1962 where my parents had a holiday home Great happy memories.
